A native of Karachi and an international business professional for 17 years, Haidar is fluent in English, Arabic, Persian, and Sindhi, and was based in Syria for 5 years as Sales Director of ICM Inc., exporting and trading goods and commodities in Iran, Iraq, Jordan, KSA, Lebanon, Turkey, and UAE.

For 7 years Haidar was Chief Manager of the office of Ali Raza D. Habib, Chairman, Bank Al Habib Limited, and since 2011 to the present time, Haidar serves as occasional special projects coordinator for President Pervez Musharraf.

An Honorable Member of the Executive Body of the World Asbestos Congress, Haidar’s philanthropy also includes mentoring young soccer players, including six members of the Pakistani national football team, via his service as President of the Jawed Arab Football Academy, since 2010.
